Services

• All Pools and Spas are serviced every week for the entire seasonal dates.
• Furniture is neatly arranged on check-in day.
• Pool decks will be blown off and debris removed from the pool area on check-in day.
• Pools are vacuumed on check-in date and on the mid-week service day.
• Pools and spas are cleaned every week from May 1 to October 10.

Standard Pool & Spa Service

Seasonal dates are May 1 to October 10 – $3,500

• Pool & Spa Service is $140 outside the seasonal dates.
• Spas are $70 for occupancy outside the seasonal dates.

Heated Pool & Spa Combo

• Option 1: April 5 to October 25 – $4,300
• Option 2: May 1 to October 10 – $3,800
• Pool & Spa service is $140 outside the seasonal dates.
• Spa service is $70 for occupancy outside the seasonal dates.

Spa Only

Seasonal dates are May 1 to October 10 – $1,800

• Spa service is $70 for occupancy outside the seasonal dates.

Pool Only

Seasonal dates are May 1 to October 10

• Rental: Twice a week – $2,300 
• Private: Once a week – $1,800

Private Pool & Hot Tub Service

Seasonal dates are May 1 to October 10.

• Option 1: Private Pool – $2,100
• Option 2: Pool & Spa – $2,700
• Option 3: Heated Pool – $2,700 (April 1 to October 25)
• Option 4: Heated Pool & Spa – $3,800 (April 1 to October 25)
• Once a week service (dependent on location of the property).

NOTICE:

Due to a rapid increase in the cost of chlorine, there will be a surcharge added for the 2026 season (estimated cost: $200 to $350 based on pool size). We expect this cost to go down once the chlorine supply has normalized.
