Services & Pricing

Seasonal Services:   

• All Pools and Spas are serviced every week for the entire the season.
• All pool furniture will be arranged neatly around pool area
• All pool decks will be blown off and debris removed from the pool area
• All seasonal prices are based on a 23 week schedule. All services outside of these parameters will be billed accordingly.

Aloha Pools & Spa Pricing

Seasonal Rates:
Seasonal vacuum twice a week: $3,200.00
  • dates are May 1 to October 10
  • spas are $70.00 outside these dates and pool and spa clean is $130.00 outside these dates

Heated Pool and Spa Combo:
April 5 to October 24: $4,000.00
  • spas are $70.00 outside these dates and pool and spa clean is $130.00 outside these dates

Pool with 2 Hot Tubs Combo:
April 5 to October 24: $5,000.00
  • spas are $70.00 outside these dates and pool and spa clean is $130.00 outside these dates

Spa only: $1,600.00 
May 1 to October 10
  • includes two spa services outside these dates (renter/owner check-in)
  • spas are $70.00 a service for occupancy outside the seasonal dates

Pool only:
Seasonal vacuum twice a week: $2,300.00
  • dates are May 1 to October 10
Private pool service: Once a week service for 23 weeks. Includes open and close. $1,800

* Pools and spas are cleaned every week from May 1 to October 10

NOTICE: 
Due to a rapid increase in the cost of chlorine, there will be a surcharge added for the 2023 season (estimated cost: $200 to $350 based on pool size). We expect this cost to go down once the chlorine supply has normalized.
